There is a fully equipped kitchen which has a small dining table – great for giving the kids their breakfast. The children should be kept busy in the games room equipped with pool table, air hockey table, darts board and play station ex box. The main living area is open plan. The seating area has two sofas and you can relax and watch TV. Or why not bring a favourite CD to play on the CD player. The living area is open plan to the dining area which is furnished with dining table and six chairs.There are 5 bedrooms all of which have their own TV with DVD or VCR. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with queen sized beds and en suite bathrooms. There are another three bedrooms (one double and two twins) and these share a bathroom. The bedrooms have been decorated with modern furnishings.Enjoy a glass of local wine and admire views of the Sandy Ridge conservation area from the extended poolside terrace of your villa. Or take a dip in your screened private pool which can be heated – great for small kids. The charge for heating the pool is £100 per week. If you would like to have the pool heated during your stay, please indicate this on the booking form so that the heating can be switched on the day before you arrive. If swimming sounds like too much hard work, just relax in the Jacuzzi.
