The interior décor is traditional – pale cool walls, warm terracotta tiled floors and wooden beamed ceilings. The living room has a lovely stone fireplace as its centre piece, and comfortable seating for your party to relax in the evenings. The room has a television which has some satellite channels, and is tastefully furnished with antiques, rugs and matching fabrics.A large stone arch will lead you into the large kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with a hob, oven and fridge/freezer, and leads seamlessly into the dining area which has a table and seating for four people.On this level there is also a shower room and wc.First FloorAn external wooden staircase leads to the villa’s three bedrooms. The first is a double with an en suite shower and wc, and there are a further two twin rooms, which share a separate bathroom.OutsideThe rectangular private swimming pool has integral steps, and is set in a paved terrace complete with wooden poolside furniture and parasols. A built-in barbecue provides the opportunity to eat outdoors in the warm summer evenings, and a covered terrace with wooden dining furniture provides the perfect site.LocationOn the road from Paphos, about 13km from Polis, is a turning for the pretty village of Miliou nestling in the Laona plateau. One of the smallest villages in Cyprus, Miliou has its own spring water, and so the surrounding countryside is kept perennially green. Surrounding Miliou, the landscape is striped with almond groves which blossom beautifully in the spring, and orange and lemon groves are in abundance. The pretty landscape falls away into far-reaching mountain and valley views. A delightful rural setting for those who enjoy walking, the village is popular with bird watchers, as it is a well known nesting ground for nightingales.This aromatic landscape is perfect for those wishing to enjoy the peaceful tranquillity of the Cypriot countryside, yet it is only a ten minute drive from Polis, and a twenty minute drive from Paphos and all the diversions that they have to offer.Additional InformationMaid service, pool and gardens maintained twice a week.
